Buffalo Bills sign S Dee Delaney, release WR Quintez Cephus

The Buffalo Bills have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Dee Delaney to a one-year deal. As a result of Delaney’s signing Thursday morning, wide receiver Quintez Cephus — who signed with the Bills one day after the draft — was subsequently released.

This move signals the continued efforts by One Bills Drive to improve every corner of their roster as the offseason evolves.

The 29-year-old undrafted free agent out of The Citadel has spent five seasons with three teams — the Jacksonville Jaguars, Washington Commanders and most recently, the Buccaneers.
